Everything is said to be in its best when at equilibrium, the environment that protects us, the mind that guides us as well as the chakras in our body. Along with the physical existence in this world we also have a spiritual existence, what we call our soul, our conscience.

Only when these inner and outer selves of a person are able to co-ordinate and maintain a healthy interaction, the person can perform tasks effectively. Even the survival of the human requires adequate attention to both of these, while food and water provide the required energy to our body, the various chakras in our body are responsible for the healthy existence of the soul and for that the correct chakra balance is crucial.

Chakra balance is a follow up after the cleansing of the chakras is completed. Once the chakras are able to free themselves of the negativity and bring in the positivity their cleansing process is said to be over. The heavenly bodies are said to play a significant role in the exchange of energies in this way.

Only after each of the chakras is in a state of equilibrium and hence all the chakras put together form a balance in the human body, chakra balance is said to be achieved. It implies that the human body is free from any kind of problems or uncomfortable situation.

Since each of the chakras is said to affect an important organ in our body it is important to ensure that all of them are well balanced as living with even a little problem in important organs would be discomforting.

An important component of the chakra balance in our body is water, the association our body has with this liquid shares a big impact on the physical body as well as our chakras.

As soothing as the colors are for our eyes, certain colors can also be soothing to the chakras. They play a definitive role in helping maintain the chakra balance and their introduction into your life can drive away problems caused by the particular chakra with which the color is associated.

Adequate sleep brings to our body freshness and a revived energy to perform various day to day activities and functions and similarly while we meditate our soul goes into the relaxation mode and our aspirations, will power and various other inner strengths get awakened and sharpened. All the more important is the fact that to achieve chakra balance your soul needs to be relaxed and that can be through meditating.

In fact also sleeping is a form of meditation and it not only relaxes the physical body but also recharges a good amount of the chakras and hence it is very important that a person gets adequate sleep.

One of the most common methods of maintaining chakra balance is by keeping all your body parts in proper shape with the help of correct exercises. Inclusion of exercise in ones routine means that the chakras are physically shuffled and also this helps to ensure chakra balance. Though the exercises done are not for a long period of time, they need to be done daily.

The food you eat also matters as many a times people turn out be obese or under nutrition and that leads to imbalance of the chakras and hence several body problems. Do not avoid meals but have smaller meals as skipping meals can also be dangerous.

The chakra balance determines the kind and amount of work that a person can perform efficiently and therefore it is critical for an individual to maintain the correct balance.

For years, most people have operated out of negativity. Most people operate out of a scarcity mindset. They don’t accept that the Universe has everything for everyone and it is in abundance. People worry about theur health, constantly think of new problems before the old problems are over and never really count their blessings or expect a great life. No wonder, they are disillusioned and feel that God really doesn’t love them. They employ the cosmic order service and get what they expect.

There are some people who feel that suffering is noble and they can never be perfectly happy. Their thoughts tell them to work hard or else they have no worth in life. As a result this ideology which is ingrained into their mind as small children is constantly reinforced time and again.

If you feed your mind with ideas that tell you it’s immoral to be wealthy, to be happy or healthy, your life will evidently follow the course of action you believe. This is your cosmic order service and you have yourself asked for your miseries. Your beliefs have created this reality for you.

The good news is that this all can change. However, this means that you need to delve deep in your mind and subconscious and undo all that you have ever learnt about life. You need to spring clean your mind and completely throw and destroy the clutter. Positive thinking is easier said than done because your mind needs to believe what you say. There are many ways and means to actually create happiness in your life.

Some psychological and ritual processes such as self-hypnosis, affirmations and yoga or any related mind relaxation and rejuvenation will help you connect to the positive energy. Listening to the correct sound frequencies is a recent development can allow your brainwaves to resonate to the state needed for meditation and connection to the universe.

These rituals and brainwave frequencies will prepare your subconscious mind to interact with the forces of universal energy by freeing the mind from all negative thoughts and create new and positive desires for a positive outcome.

Nothing comes free in this world. The price for whatever you desire from the cosmic order service is knowledge. The knowledge that you can be and have whatever you want in this very lifetime. All you need to do is get rid of old beliefs and instill new ones. This requires courage, patience and persistence but can lead to a lifetime of pleasure and happiness.

15. Prayer is a fundamental element of our health and energy systems. It is a way to connect with a Higher Being who can help us attain emotional balance and stability. Prayers can put our minds at ease and interested to everything that surrounds us.

All the above methods of chakra cleansing are very important. However, it takes practice and a realization of your love for yourself and others before you can truly understand and use them for chakra cleansing. It is not necessary to use them all at the same time but it is recommended to start off with one or two or three and continue to add methodologies over time. Chakra cleansing is not achieved instantaneously, it is a constant and lifetime process (just like chakras are continually in motion) in order to achieve and maintain a healthy balance among all the elements involved.

Reduce Cellulite: Your Plan Of Attack

If you are one of the millions of women who have spent money on cellulite creams and lotions, let me ask you a question … did they work?

For your sake, I hope they did, because no woman wants cellulite, particularly on their thighs and rear ends. Cellulite is present on just about every woman over the age of puberty, and there are hereditary factors at play as well. It’s just that some of us have more visible cellulite than others.

And for those of you that have plunked down your hard earned cash for so-called miracle cellulite solutions that haven’t worked, let’s talk about real solutions. It’s very easy to buy into hype. Unfortunately, hype doesn’t have staying power. If you’re finding your cellulite has staying power though, here’s some straight talk facts and an action plan to finally reduce cellulite.

First off, cellulite is fat. There, we said it. Cellulite is fat just like any other fat, except it usually looks worse. Even though we’re bombarded every day by marketing messages claiming an instant miracle cure to melt away fat, all those pie in the sky promises do is leave you disillusioned and disappointed.

If you’re finally ready to get past the instant cure mindset, you can indeed significantly reduce cellulite. Will getting results mean changing your lifestyle? Yes, probably. Will reducing cellulite mean you’ll have to work at it a bit? Definitely. But if you carry through with a sound, reasonable action plan, will you see the results you want? Absolutely!

OK … here’s an action plan to help you reduce cellulite, once and for all. First, let’s concentrate on your diet. No one says you have to eat celery and carrot sticks. That’s not reasonable and you won’t stick with it. My recommendation is to change your lifestyle gradually. Eliminate one fast food meal per week and pack a healthy lunch instead. Substitute a glass of water for that latte or soda once per day. Little changes add up over the course of time. If your goal is more near term, implement these changes more quickly.

Next, you’ll need to commit to some aerobic activity. It really isn’t that hard, and we’ve got an easy to follow, but challenging, treadmill workout that’ll really burn calories and tone your problem cellulite areas. Here goes …

Plan for a 45 minute treadmill workout. If you’re just starting or have restrictions, substitute walking for running in our example. A friend and I have been doing this workout for 6 months, and it’s an outstanding fat burning workout. For the most part, you’ll break up the 45 minutes into 5 minute intervals to keep things fun, fresh, and challenging. Spend the 45 workout doing this:

1. 5 minute warm up walk at whatever speed is comfortable for you.

2. 5 minute walk at the same speed but with the treadmill incline at 5 degrees.

3. 5 minute jog, incline at 5 degrees, at a speed that requires you to jog.

4. 5 minutes, back to walking speed, at treadmill incline 5 degrees.

At this point, you’ve completed 20 minutes, you’re warmed up, and your heart rate is up. Perfect! Now it’s time for 15 minutes of interval training. This will be more challenging, but should be easy enough since it’ll be in 3 minute increments. 3 minutes x 5 intervals = 15 minutes.

Interval One: Run/Jog 1 minute at treadmill incline 6 degrees. Now walk two minutes, reducing speed but leaving the treadmill incline at 6.

Interval Two: Run/Jog 1 minute at incline 7 degrees, walk 2 minutes at incline 7.

Interval Three: Run/Jog 1 minute at incline 8 degrees, walk 2 minutes at the same incline.

Interval Four: Run/Jog 1 minute at incline 9 degrees, walk 2 minutes also at 9 degrees.

Interval Five: Run/Jog 1 minute at incline 10 degrees, walk 2 minutes at incline 10.

You’ve now completed 35 minutes. It’s time to start cooling down!

5 minute walk at incline 5 degrees.

Finally, a 5 minute cool down walk with no incline.

That’s 45 minutes, and you’ve gotten a great fat burning workout, with particular emphasis on your cellulite problem areas (thighs and rear end). The best part about this workout is it’s easily adaptable. You can alter this workout to make it harder or easier according to your fitness level.

Also, this workout keeps you engaged and involved, and you’ll find the time will move quickly, as opposed to simply walking or jogging at the same speed, which can seem an eternity. Combined with some healthier eating habits, performing this fat blasting workout three times per week will reshape your body in ways you’ve never dreamed possible!
